Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

International Shipping & Customs Zayn Paws ships to over 150 countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@zaynpaws.com and we'll investigate with the carrier. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.
